Overview
Our refund and return for exchange policy lasts 14 days after you receive your package. If 14 days have passed since receipt of yor package, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your package back to the manufacturer, not all products currently sold are manufactured by CRALEC and its parent company – HONG KONG JNR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

Refund
We sincerely apologize, but we cannot accept returns and refunds simply because of buyer’s remorse after the order has shipped. This practice is becoming all too common and we do realize that certain huge online retailers have created unrealistic return/refund expectations, but we likewise ask you to realize that small businesses like CRALEC – HONG KONG JNR INTERNATIONAL LIMITED cannot operate in that manner. Thank you for your understanding!
So we only accept refund requests for items offically verified as defective or damaged. Even so, we will process your refund only after we receive your returned package. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order if something is missing or broken. We will not send replacement or issue refund if you wait longer than 14 days after receipt of your order.
For packages confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, we will resend the items to you free of charge. We regret that we assume no responsibility for items returned, seized and destroyed by customs, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you or other repeated delivery failures caused by your circumstances.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Even if your purchase qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will still be deducted from your refund. International shipping fees are usually quite high, so please proceed with caution.

Late or Missing Refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cralec.com.
Return for Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged too. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cralec.com and send your item back to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
To return your item, you should mail it to: THE ADDRESS PROVIDED BY OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
If you do not cover the return shipping fees yourself, our Customer Support Team will require you to pay both the return and reshipping fees before we ship the replacement item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
