Samantabhadra Bodhisattva Statue with Traditional Paste Gilding on Aged Copper

This statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is crafted from copper with paste gilding and an antique aged finish. The thick body is covered in smooth patina, embodying the time-honored charm of traditional craftsmanship. Adhering to Tibetan Buddhist iconography, the Bodhisattva sits in a relaxed lotus posture atop a six-tusked elephant, with the right hand in the Abhaya mudra, symbolizing protection, fearlessness, and boundless vows.
