Yamantaka, with its Sanskrit name meaning “the Conqueror of Death”, is the wrathful emanation of Manjushri, appearing to subdue the Lord of Death. Its lineage traces back to Indian Highest Yoga Tantra, introduced to the snowland by Guru Padmasambhava in the 8th century. After a millennium of inheritance, it became a revered principal deity across all Tibetan Buddhist sects. Rooted in the profound doctrines of Indian esotericism, it developed into complete rituals of Tibetan Tantra. During the Sino-Tibetan cultural exchanges of the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, it absorbed the solemn grandeur of imperial craftsmanship, becoming a witness to the dialogue between Eastern and Western tantric art. This full-gilt bronze statue is more than a sacred icon; it is a millennium-old Dharma lineage linking the enduring faith and civilization between India, Han China, and Tibet/Xizang.

If you welcome and enshrine this Buddha Statue upon your spiritual connection, please venerate it strictly in accordance with Buddhist rituals.
