This is an authentic seated statue of Wuye, Guangji Dragon King from Mount Wutai. He sits upright on a dragon throne with mythical beast armrests, with solemn dignified facial features, piercing eyes and long flowing beard, holding an imperial edict with folded hands to display the supreme dignity of Dragon King deity.

The statue is finely cast in solid bronze, adorned with gilded painted detailing across robes. Flowing natural robe folds, intricately carved roaming dragons decorate the crown, garment and base with vivid dynamic lines and rich layered craftsmanship.

Patron deity Guangji Dragon King Wuye governs rainfall, disaster relief, fortune and blessing. Revered by believers in Northern China for centuries, it is ideal for long-term shrine worship to pray for family health, smooth life and sustained wealth.
